FALL IS HERE AND WINTER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!
With the change in the weather you may notice it differs weekly, sometimes day to day. Dress according to the day, as these constant changes can bring about illnesses that you don’t want with the up and coming holidays. Help yourself by doing some of the following: a glass of orange juice in the morning for your vitamin c; eat breakfast, or for those who don’t “do” breakfast, something as simple as a bagel and a piece of fruit or a breakfast bar. Have a cup of green tea at some point in the day. Eat some vegetables, they are very important as they give you many vitamins and help with various health issues.
